TAMPA, Fla. -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers received some good news Wednesday when defensive tackle Gerald McCoy returned to practice. It was a welcome sight for the Bucs, who have had their share of bad news as they get ready to take on San Francisco.Tampa put veteran receiver Vincent Jackson on injured reserve Tuesday. On Wednesday, running back Doug Martin, defensive linemen Robert Ayers and Clinton McDonald still were not practicing, leaving doubt their availability for Sundays matchup with the 49ers.It looked like Martin could return for this week after missing the last three games with a hamstring injury. But Bucs coach Dirk Koetter said Martin suffered a recent setback and it is unclear when hell return.Doug unfortunately did suffer a setback a week ago Sunday, Koetter said. Well have to see when he can make it back. Theres no timetable on that right now.We would love to be at full strength, Koetter said. Well definitely get some of the guys back who havent played. We already talked about Doug having a little bit of a setback. I wish I could give you more. With Martin out, the Bucs will again turn to Jacquizz Rodgers. The sixth-year back set career highs with 30 rushes for 101 yards in the teams 17-14 win against the Carolina Panthers. The Bucs also signed running back Antone Smith on Tuesday.Ayers suffered an ankle injury and has missed the last three games, while McDonald has a hamstring injury that forced him to miss the Carolina game. Tampa Bay was without three of their four starting defensive linemen against the Panthers but McCoys return would be a huge boost for the Buccaneers.McCoy missed the teams win over the Panthers with a calf injury. The three-time Pro Bowler is tied for the team lead in sacks with two. McCoy also has two pass deflections and three tackles for losses this season. The return of tight end Luke Stocker and wide receiver Cecil Shorts are also big for the Buccaneers.Stocker has missed the last three games with an ankle injury, while Shorts has missed the last three games with a hamstring injury. Stocker is the teams best blocking tight end and he at times lines up in the backfield as a lead blocker for the running back.Shorts has played 11 snaps in two games and has one catch for 12 yards on the season. The sixth-year veteran does bring experience to a young lineup and can help take some of the pressure off of Mike Evans and the young receivers.---Online: AP NFL website: www.pro32.ap.org and www.twitter.com/AP-NFLEdinson Cavani Jersey . Remy Cabella gave Montpellier a controversial 10th-minute lead as Zlatan Ibrahimovic appeared to be fouled in the buildup to the goal. Maxwell levelled on the hour mark to ensure new PSG coach Laurent Blanc avoided defeat in his first competitive game in charge. "We would have hoped for a better result," Blanc said. "But PSG had too little of the game in the first half for my taste. There was a lack of simplicity, with doubtlessly too much of a desire to touch the ball. "Theres a lot to say about what we did in midfield and in attack in the first 45 minutes. We tried complicated things against a well-grouped Montpellier team." Montpellier was reduced to 10 men when defender Abdelhamid El Kaoutari was sent off for a second yellow card 18 minutes from time. That incident came moments after PSG had introduced new signing Edinson Cavani. The Uruguayan, who was top scorer in Italy last season, almost netted his first PSG goal two minutes later but his header was blocked by a defender. Cavani was signed from Napoli for 64 million euros ($84 million). "It was an emotional night for me," Cavani said. "It was my debut in this shirt and I am very motivated and ambitious for this season. My aim is to gain playing time in order to carve out my place in the team." PSG almost took an early lead but Ezequiel Lavezzi headed Lucas Mouras free kick into the arms of Montpellier goalkeeper Geoffrey Jourdren. Montpellier stunned the French champion by going ahead two minuutes later.dddddddddddd Cabella dispossessed Ibrahimovic by the centre circle but appeared to clip the Sweden strikers ankle as he slotted the ball through to Emanuel Herrera. The Argentine raced down the centre of the pitch and saw his shot deflected into the path of Cabella, who lifted it across the onrushing goalkeeper and into the top left corner. Ibrahimovic could have levelled on the half hour mark during a good period of pressure for PSG but Jourdren got down well to tip a powerful long-range effort around the left post. Cabella almost doubled his tally five minutes from halftime but toe poked his effort just past the right upright after doing well to dispossess Marco Verratti and race downfield. PSG twice went close to equalizing with well-taken free kicks. But Ibrahimovics 30-meter effort was inches wide of the right upright before Lucas saw his effort land on top of the net. The capital club was back on level terms on the hour mark. Ibrahimovic nodded down a long pass from Javier Pastore in the six-yard box and Maxwell blasted it into the roof of the net. The moment PSG fans had been waiting for came in the 71st minute when Cavani replaced former Napoli teammate Lavezzi. Cavani almost had a perfect debut as he went close to scoring the winner but his header from a tight angle came off Siaka Tienes outstretched boot. Montpellier had a chance to win the match despite the numerical disadvantage when Cabellas chip flew just over the crossbar. However, it was PSG who looked the likelier to score a late winner and Pastore fired wide of the left post before substitute Adrien Rabiot saw his header cleared off the line by Jourdren in injury time.
