Sebastian Vettel is confident Ferrari can finish 2016 on a high after his drive from last to fifth at the Singapore Grand Prix, something he thinks highlighted the strengths of the teams package.Singapore was another disappointing weekend for Ferrari, with a suspension issue in qualifying dashing Vettels hopes of challenging for a win or podium.
