BD: While I was traveling in Poland, I came across an energy drink featuring you on the can. Whats the craziest product youve ever come across with your face on it?TYSON: Ah man, I dont even know, Ive seen my face put on a dog, put on some animals, put on some Tyrannosaurus Rex BD: A T-Rex??TYSON: Yeah, yeah, I get put on some pretty interesting stuff.BD: With you being one of the greatest boxers of all-time, your physical dominance has been referenced in quite a few rap songs. Biggies Victory , Nas Aint hard to tell, Jay Z listing of the the 3 Michaels and of course Fresh Prince and Jazzy Jeffs "I think I can beat Mike Tyson". Out of the references that youve heard, which one has been your favourite?TYSON: Remember that beat it up video? What was his name again, Mingo? Migos? Some awesome stuff. Beat it up with the left, beat it up with the right, beat up like Mike.BD: Is that one of your favourite ones, out of what youve heard?TYSON: No, Lil Wayne did an interesting song, I like that song…American Dream. Im always flattered and stuff. Sometimes I wish theyd rap about something more political.BD: A few traits that hockey players are known for is their grit and toughness. Which one of these pictured players would you least want to fight just based on the pictures alone?TYSON: Well listen alright, even though hes 69 I dont see him fighting, this is probably the least guy, cause I see him in action (Ray), so hes probably the least guy, these other guys, theyre just looking tough, this guys in the process of beating someone up.BD: (laughs) Yeah hes just tearing that jersey off.TYSON: (laughs) yeah, and he looks like hes beating up this guy! (Parros). Q: (laughs) Nah, just the same team, Montreal. TYSON: (laugh) yeah, same team, same team. BD: As youre definitely well aware, the Simpsons made a parody character around you named "Drederick Tatum." Have you ever watched the whole episode featuring Homer taking on Tatum? TYSON: Well, no. But Ive seen it before, the episode with me and hes talking with my lisp. BD: (laughs) how did you find their depiction of you?TYSON: (smiles) Man, I thought it was pretty cool, pretty cool. BD: Without the assistance of an EA Sports Fight Night game well never really get to see you take on some of the other greatest heavyweight fighters of all time, but if you could face any boxer in history during their prime, and of course youre in your prime as well, who would you chose? TYSON: Nobody, Ive fought everybody I need to fight. BD: Obviously you were featured in both Punch Out and the Fight Night series. Do you ever play those games much? TYSON: (smiles) Nah, only if I do a show, sometime they have it and they let me play, and I always lose, suck at it. (skip to 8:12 for Tyson boss battle)BD: Did you know that former Ottawa Senators goalie Ray Emery had you featured on his mask?TYSON: Woah! Wow! Thats great. BD: If you were a goalie, who would you feature on your mask? (Shows picture) TYSON: Me? If I had a goalie mask. Id probably have Alexander the great. BD: Yeah I guess thats the same reasoning with Emerys, a display of strength. TYSON: See I dont look at myself with the same eyes that other people look at me with, I just dont look at it the same. Thats why I get overwhelmed that people would do something like that. You know? I just dont look at myself like that, I know my flaws, I know Im frightening kids sometimes still. But it doesnt project that way, because Im frightening to kids, I always view the image that Im not because I am. BD: And for our final question, have you ever gone BarDown?TYSON: (laughs) Whats that? BD: So if youre scoring a goal in hockey, or soccer, and have the shot bounce off the crossbar and down into the net. TYSON: Ive never done that. But I was a goalie before, and I had the pads and stuff on, and it was just so exhausting, I had to just stay on the floor, sit down on the floor, it was just so hard. It was hard to even skate. BD: (laughs) Oh yeah, it can be tough! TYSON: You know Jeremy Roenick? So one day he said something like, so you think you can beat Mike Tyson? And he said I can beat Mike Tyson on skates, but hell probably beat me off skates, and my arrogance, I said "you cant even beat me on skates!" Then I tried it, then I was like, woah, he would kick my ass on skates! He wouldve killed me, woah, ah man, I was just so exhausted after a minute. BD: (laughs) Its tough, nah it is, and you feel it afterward, as well. TYSON: Aw man, its tough, its tough.Mike Tyson will be performing his one man show, "the Undisputed Truth", Wednesday night at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. Lyles pitched effectively into the eighth inning for his third straight win, Justin Morneau hit a two-run homer, and the Rockies beat the Philadelphia Phillies 3-1 Saturday night. "Hes really given us a lift in that rotation," Rockies manager Walt Weiss said of Lyles. He originally was slated to begin the season at Triple-A Colorado Springs but wound up filling in for Tyler Chatwood after he strained a hamstring late in spring training. "The biggest factor is his two-seamer," Weiss added. "Its something he worked on all spring, his fastball angle and pitching to the bottom of the zone, and you could see those guys beating it into the ground. Hes a mentally tough kid. He competes. He goes after hitters. Hes been great." Lyles (3-0), acquired in December from Houston in exchange for outfielder Dexter Fowler, allowed one unearned run and five hits in seven innings. LaTroy Hawkins pitched a hitless ninth for his fifth save in five chances. "As a visitor, it wasnt fun, knowing youre coming here." Lyles said. "Balls seem to carry a little further here but guys (pitchers) try to keep the ball on the ground and they cant hit it over if they hit the top of the ball. Thats my approach and just try to let our great infield do their job." The Rockies were also helped by a reversed call that produced their first run. The game was delayed briefly a couple of times when a squirrel wandered on and off the field. The animal was eventually corraled by groundskeepers and taken away. Kyle Kendrick (0-2) went seven innings and allowed three runs on six hits in a solid outing but could not avoid a seventh straight loss, dating to last Aug. 11. The last Phillies pitcher to have a losing streak of seven games or more was reliever Brad Lidge, who lost eight in a row over 57 appearances from April 18-Sept. 23, 2009. "Made a mistake to Morneau," Kendrick said. "That first run. It was a replay. I guess thats why we have it, but its frustrating when it doesnt go (your way)." Colorado got on the scoreboard when home plate umpire and crew chief Tim Welke ruled Nolan Arenado safe on a bang-bang play at the plate in the third after initially calling him out. Weiss asked Welkee to take another look at the play, and after viewing the replay, the umpire determined that catcher Carlos Ruiz had blocked the plate before he received the throw home in violation of new collision rules instituted this season to better protect catchers and base runners.dddddddddddd Arenado scored from first on D.J. LeMahieus single that rolled through the right-centre gap. The reversal went into the books as a crew chief review rather than a managers challenge. "Its amazing how that one rule changes the game, kind of," Arenado said. "Fortunately enough, it benefited us and I guess when youre on the other side, its probably going to rub you the wrong way a little bit." Carlos Gonzalez opened the fourth with a single and Morneau drove a 1-1 pitch from Kendrick into the right field bleachers above the scoreboard for his third homer of the season to make it 3-0. The Phillies didnt get on the board until the eighth. Lyles gave up a leadoff single to Cody Asche and was relieved by Boone Logan. Pinch-hitter John Mayberry Jr. reached on Logans throwing error, with Asche moving to second. Logan then retired the next three batters, giving up a run on Jimmy Rollins grounder and striking out Chase Utley with Mayberry on second base to end the inning. Philadelphia has only scored three runs in its last four games. "Youre going to go through ruts in the season," Kendrick said. "You want to get out of it as quick as you can. Hopefully tomorrow we can swing it and score some runs. Things can turn quick." NOTES: The Phillies selected the contract of RHP Shawn Camp from Triple A Lehigh Valley, filling the roster spot of RHP Jonathan Pettibone, who was optioned to Lehigh Valley the night before. The Phillies will have to make another roster move when LHP Cole Hamels (left biceps tendinitis) is expected to be reinstated from the disabled list in time to start Wednedays game at Los Angeles. Hamels is one win shy of 100 for his career. ... Rockies OF-INF Michael Cuddyer missed a second straight game with a sore left hamstring. He remains day to day. ... Arenados leadoff single in the third inning extended his hitting streak to 10 games, matching a career best. ...
