West Ham striker Andy Carroll feels the last minute penalty given against him during Sundays match with Leicester was the wrong decision.Leonardo Ulloa scored from the penalty spot in the fifth minute of injury-time to earn 10-man Leicester a dramatic 2-2 draw with the Hammers.Carroll was adjudged to have fouled Jeffrey Schlupp in the box, convincing referee Jon Moss to point to the spot.
