Step 1: Sign in to email
First, sign in to Xfinity email. At the top of the screen, you will see four navigation buttons: Shop / Upgrade My Account Support and My Xfinity Click the My Account button.
Below the summary of your recent activity, there is a row of blue buttons. Click that says Manage Users and Settings

You will be prompted to enter your current password on the next page. When you do, you will have the opportunity to enter a new password. There are a few rules, though: The new password must be between eight and sixteen characters long, with at least one number, a capital letter, and a special character.
You can also change your secret question or answer here, although this is not required. When you're ready, click the Submit button. From now on, you can sign in with your new password.
Step 3: Change Comcast emails
Start by signing in with your regular email address. Go to the Users and Settings tab at the top of the screen. You'll see a link that says Change user name and click it.
Near the top, there is an option to add an additional email address. Click the button on the left, and enter your secondary address. You will also need to enter your password here so that Comcast can verify that you are actually authorized to do so.
Step 4: Reset Comcast Email Password
If you forget your username or password, don't panic! This situation is very easy to resolve. On the Comcast login page, just click the link that says Forgot your username or password?
This will take you to a new page where you will be asked to enter your username. Comcast will then send a recovery email to the address associated with the account.
If you forget your username, you'll need to confirm the phone number, social security number, or associated account number.
You will then receive a text message with an icon. Enter this code on the website, and you'll see the correct username. Phew, you see? That wasn't a big deal!
