Step 1: Sign in to email First, sign in to Xfinity email. At the top of the screen, you will see four navigation buttons: Shop / Upgrade My Account Support and My Xfinity Click the My Account button. On the Comcast login page, just click the link that says Forgot your username or password? This will take you to a new page where you will be asked to enter your username. Comcast will then send a recovery email to the address associated with the account. If you forget your username, you'll need to confirm the phone number, social security number, or associated account number. You will then receive a text message with an icon.
