TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Monk Bonasorte, the former Florida State All-America defensive back who was the schools senior associate director of athletics, died Saturday night from brain cancer. He was 59.Bonasortes son, T.J., posted news of the death on Facebook on Sunday morning and it was confirmed by the university.Bonasorte played from 1977-80 and finished with 15 interceptions, which is second in school history.
