I dont mind that hes really only shown to be a horse which is sent off to the lead with intentions of wiring the field: not many in here today show much speed. Pending a good break, he should be on the lead and if rated well will be really tough to pass down the stretch. He looks much the best in here today and will most likely get to run the race exactly how he wants it - on the front end.Exacta BoxSaturday, July 16 Belmont Park (Race 7) 4:41 p.m. ET#8 Asscher: Shes one of few in here with racing experience and I think that certainly adds to her appeal. Last time out she broke slow and was left with a little too much work to do and not enough furlongs. This time she draws outside, tries turf for the first time and adds a furlong of distance. I think her first start showed some promise and I like how she has put in some workouts over the turf surface.#7 Lull: She is well-bred for the turf and has put in some good, quick workouts recently. Without racing experience its often difficult to gauge where horses will want to be positioned in the race, however I think she will be sent off to the lead with the intentions of wiring the group. In a field with almost all first-time starters and many which I think are better suited on dirt, it may be a tough task to ask horses to run down a well-rated speed horse.#2 Sheslikethewind: I think this filly draws well and will probably be able to work out whatever type of trip jockey John Velazquez chooses to race her in. I like that she has a good turf pedigree, adds an experienced jockey, and debuts on Lasix. I think she fits well with this group and could surprise at big odds.Longshot PlaySaturday, July 16 Del Mar, (Race 7) 8:10 p.m. ET#8 Horse Greedy: Looked sharp in his second start of 2016 after five months off. In that race, he won and posted a career-best Beyer speed figure. I think this horse draws well to work out a stalking trip early on. Hes been great since adding blinkers and takes the next logical progression out of maiden company today. He tries turf for the first time and stretches out in distance for a trainer who has posted good numbers with horses going from dirt to turf and with first-time turf starters.Longshot PlaySunday, July 17 Del Mar (Race 8) 8:40 p.m. ET#4 The All Button: This colt ran well in his debut. He was caught chasing a horse on the front end for most of the race and never really had an opportunity to settle down. The fractions up front were way too quick and this colt was ridden too hard last time out.
